In the final chapter, Liza Potts (2014) reiterated that experience architects are the primary audience, and that audience extends to researchers and practitioners in academia and industry, teachers, and especially students she hopes will implement ANT mapping as artfully as she did in each case study. She neatly retraced how ANT and participant-centered design builds better communications systems. Most helpful was her ability to re-summarize the tenets of both ANT and participant-centered design in each chapter. For any teacher hoping to assign a single case study for reading, know that the theory is revisited and summarized concisely in each chapter so that reading the introduction or conclusion chapters isn’t necessary for those less familiar or less interested in understanding ANT. However, the introductory chapter provides the most thorough explanations for ANT and EA.
