Well, Susie calls them as she sees them. In her introduction to this piece, she describes me as being very serious. She is correct about that: I do think quite a bit about the long-range and theoretical implications of the choices we make in the Writing Center. Someone has to. ; )

But I am never so serious that I don’t also have fun, and that is ultimately what this project is all about—engaging in play, enjoying our work, and having fun!
